Booking & Policies

We value your time and ours, and these policies help us provide the best experience for every client:

Deposit Policy

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits go toward your total service cost.

  • Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.

  • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service price before rebooking.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete paperwork and prepare for your service.

  • Arriving 15+ minutes late may require rescheduling and a new deposit.

Guests & Children

  • Please do not bring extra guests or children to your appointment for safety reasons.

Touch-Ups

  • Initial touch-ups (6–8 weeks) are not included in your first session price unless stated.

  • Touch-ups booked after 8 weeks may be considered a new session and priced accordingly.
